To keep our guests calm and used to a routine, we try to follow a strict and on time check-in and check-out policy.

Check-in is between 9am and 11am. Check-out is between 2pm and 4pm. If you would like to check-in at any time, our hotel is able to check-in and check-out your pet 24 hours per day. If you require check-in or check-out out of hours, there will be an extra fee. This fee is double on all national holidays.
Our hotel is open 356 days a year, with trained staff supervising 24 hours per day.
For all bookings less than 7 days, your pets balance must be paid in full upon check-in.
For all bookings less than 4 days, a 50 Euro deposit may be required in addition to the balance beind paid upon check-in.
For bookings over 7 days, 50% of the balance must be paid upon check-in and the remaining balance paid upon check-out.
No client may have a remaining balance when checking out their pet of our hotel.
We accept puppys over the age of 6 months old, providing they are fully up to date with their vaccinations. For all puppys under 6 months old and senior dogs (over the age of 10) we require you to sign a consent form acknowleding that the pets stay is your full responsibility.
You must bring proof of your pets vaccination (including kennel cough). Your pet must have been de-wormed and treated with Frontline (or any similar anti flea and tick treatment).
Yes, we are happy to keep your pets medication up to date. We do however reserve the right to refuse bookings to any pets if we feel we cannot handle their health care.
We accomodate most sizes of pets, including up to the size of a Chow Chow. We reserve the right to refuse any pets if we feel they will not be able to be safe within our hotel.
No. We do not currently accept aggressive pets to ensure the safety of our staff and our other guests.
In the unlikely event your pet is involved in an emergecy, we will immediately attempt to contact you. If we are unable to contact you, we will contact your emergency contact whos details you will provide us upon check-in. If we are unable to contact you or your emergency contact, our highly experienced staff will make the decision to deal with the situation in the best inrterest of your pets.
In the unlikely event your pet needs to see a vet, we will immediately attempt to contact your designated vet. If we cannot contact your pets vet, we will take your pet to the vets available in Limassol.
